7. PLACE AN ORDER

8.1 CANCELLATIONS AND RIGHT OF FREE TERMINATION
Applicable to all orders placed on the Site.
The lack of payment of the order within the 3 days following the date on which it was made implies its cancellation automatic.
In case of termination of the contract, due to non-compliance by Sabor del Oro Verde, all payments made will be  reimbursed to the Customer, including shipping costs, if applicable (with the exception of the costs additional costs resulting from the customer’s eventual choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive) standard shipping rate offered by seller), without undue delay, and in any event, at most take 10 days from the date of termination of the contract.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Client in the transaction initial.

8.2 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The Client can change or return a product, simply by sending an email to info@sabordeloroverde.com, indicating the order number, with the reasons for your return or exchange.

Once the order has been received by the Client, he may exercise his right of free withdrawal, within a period of 14 days, with the right to return the value of the merchandise, in the legally established terms.

The Client must also send the necessary elements (address, email address or number number) so that you can be contacted, if necessary.

We also recommend that the Customer take and send us photos of the product and packaging in question.

The Customer may do so freely, provided that it is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was sold.

 In this case, the items must be returned or delivered by the Customer without undue delay and no later than take within a period of 10 days from the day that Sabor del Oro Verde is informed of the free termination of the contract.

The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the merchandise. Only the value of the product. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

If any of the products are returned damaged or the return is lost, we reserve the right to charge the Customer for this return or not refund any amount.

Any refund, if any, will be made using the same payment method as the order. The Customer will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

9. EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION
The Client cannot freely terminate the contract if he has unsealed the products, leaving them not subject to
return for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery.

10. CONSUMER PROTECTION
The rules provided for in Law 47/2014, of July 28, on certain aspects are applied to Users of the sale of consumer goods and the corresponding guarantees.

This legal guarantee does not cover defects resulting from misuse of the item by the Customer or the third party intervention.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All orders placed on the Site are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or Divergence of interpretation or application of the General Contract Conditions.
